1. Compliance Statement

Cravvd is not the "producer" of any content hosted on this platform as that term is defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Cravvd is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.9, as the platform performs only the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting of user-submitted content. Cravvd does not produce, direct, create, or otherwise control the creation of content uploaded by its users.

2. User and Uploader Responsibility

All content appearing on Cravvd is uploaded by individual users. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the individual or entity that produces, manufactures, publishes, duplicates, reproduces, or reissues content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct is the "producer" and is solely responsible for maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Content uploaders are required to maintain age verification records for all individuals depicted in their content, including government-issued identification confirming that every person depicted was at least 18 years of age at the time of production.

3. Platform Requirements

While Cravvd is exempt from 2257 record-keeping as a hosting platform, we take the following measures to help ensure the safety and legality of content on the platform:

All uploaders must certify at the time of upload that every person depicted in their content is at least 18 years of age and that they maintain all records required under applicable law.
Cravvd conducts both AI-assisted and manual moderation of uploaded content to detect and remove material that may violate applicable laws or platform policies.
Creators may opt into identity verification to establish credibility with viewers and demonstrate their commitment to compliance.
Content that is determined to violate applicable laws is removed immediately and the uploading account is subject to suspension or termination.

4. Reporting

If you suspect that any content on Cravvd violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or depicts an individual under the age of 18, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We treat all such reports with the highest priority.

Any discovered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with federal law. The associated account is terminated and all relevant information is preserved for law enforcement.
