1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Cravvd platform located at cravvd.com (the "Platform" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Cravvd ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

The Platform contains adult content and is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We implement an age verification gate upon your first visit, and by confirming your age you affirm under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time and to immediately terminate access for any individual we reasonably believe to be under eighteen (18) years of age. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about your minor accessing this Platform, we recommend using parental control software to restrict access.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing a username, valid email address, and password. During registration, you are required to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must verify your email address via the link sent to you at signup before you can log in and use authenticated features; accounts with unverified email addresses will not be granted session access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You may not transfer your account to any other person or use another person's account without their express permission. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames at our sole discretion, including usernames that are inactive, misleading, or infringe on third-party rights.

4. Content and Conduct

Users may upload videos, short-form content ("Shorts"), and other media to the Platform. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• All individuals depicted in your User Content are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
• All individuals depicted have given their informed, voluntary consent to be recorded and to have the content distributed on this Platform.
• You have the legal right, power, and authority to upload and distribute the content, including all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions.
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.

You are expected to maintain records demonstrating the age and consent of all individuals depicted in your User Content, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent regulations. We may request evidence of such records at any time, and failure to provide them may result in content removal and account termination.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Uploading, distributing, or promoting any of the following will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM):Any content depicting, suggesting, or implying the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. All suspected CSAM is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. We cooperate fully with all investigations.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery:Any sexually explicit content depicting a person without their verifiable consent, including content commonly referred to as "revenge porn" or content obtained through coercion, blackmail, or deception.
• Human trafficking: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or sexual exploitation of trafficked individuals.
• Bestiality: Any content depicting sexual acts involving animals.
• Obscenity: Content that meets the legal definition of obscenity under applicable law, including content that appeals exclusively to prurient interests and lacks any serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.
• Hidden camera and voyeurism: Any content recorded without the knowledge and consent of all individuals depicted, including content captured by hidden cameras, spy cameras, or other concealed recording devices.
• Deceptive minor-implying metadata:Use of tags, titles, descriptions, or other metadata that imply or suggest the involvement of minors, regardless of the actual age of performers depicted. This includes terms such as "teen," "underage," "minor," "pre-teen," "child," or any other language reasonably interpreted as referencing individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
• Extreme violence and gore: Content depicting graphic real-world violence, torture, mutilation, or death in a sexual context.

We employ both automated content moderation systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. If you encounter any content that you believe violates these prohibitions, please report it immediately to [email protected].

6. Creator Verification

Cravvd offers an optional Creator Verification program for users who upload content. Verification requires linking two verified accounts on recognized adult content platforms (such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, Pornhub, or similar) and submitting one photograph of yourself holding a handwritten sign displaying your Cravvd profile URL. This process confirms your identity by cross-referencing your verified profiles. Submitted photographs are used solely for the purpose of verification, are reviewed by authorized personnel only, and are permanently deleted from our systems immediately upon completion of the verification review, regardless of whether the application is approved or rejected. We do not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Verified creators receive a verification badge displayed on their profile. Verification status may be revoked at any time if we determine that information provided during the verification process was fraudulent or inaccurate, or if the creator violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading User Content to the Platform, you grant Cravvd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, transcode, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for hosting, streaming, content delivery, transcoding into multiple formats and resolutions, generating thumbnails and previews, and promoting the Platform.

This license terminates when you delete your User Content from the Platform, except that (a) the license will continue for a reasonable period necessary to complete any technical processing already in progress at the time of deletion, and (b) copies of your User Content that have been cached or archived by content delivery networks or backup systems may persist for a limited period consistent with standard technical practices, after which they will be removed.

The Cravvd name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are the exclusive property of Cravvd and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. DMCA and Copyright

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please refer to our DMCA Policy for detailed instructions on how to submit a takedown notice.

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three (3) valid DMCA takedown notices (the "three-strike policy") will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be prohibited from creating new accounts on the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer at our sole discretion, even before the three-strike threshold is reached in egregious cases.

Counter-notifications may be submitted in accordance with the DMCA. Content that is the subject of a valid counter-notification will be restored in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant files a court action.

9. Revenue Model

Cravvd is a free-to-use platform. We do not charge users for accessing or uploading content. There are no subscription fees, premium memberships, or tip/donation systems on the Platform. The Platform generates revenue exclusively through affiliate partnerships and advertising. No direct monetary transactions occur between users on the Platform. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial intermediary in any capacity. Creators may include affiliate links on their profiles, which direct users to third-party websites. Advertisements are served through our advertising partner ExoClick and are subject to your cookie consent preferences. If you reject advertising cookies through our cookie preference banner, you will not be shown third-party advertisements. The Platform will continue to function normally regardless of your cookie preferences.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or products, including affiliate links displayed on creator profiles and advertisements. These third-party links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. We do not own, operate, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites or their content, products, services, privacy practices, or terms of use. Your interaction with any third-party website, including any transactions you conduct through such websites, is solely between you and the third party. We encourage you to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party website before providing personal information or engaging in transactions. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we handle your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRAVVD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We do not assume liability for any User Content uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available by users of the Platform. As a platform provider, we facilitate the hosting and distribution of user-generated content but do not create, edit, or pre-screen such content except as required for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cravvd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Platform; (b) your User Content, including any claim that your User Content infringes or violates the rights of any third party; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or (e) your negligence or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data and User Content in accordance with our data retention practices.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion enters a 7-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel the request from your profile; after the cooling-off period, your account and User Content are queued for permanent deletion from our systems within 30 days, subject to reasonable technical processing times and any legal retention obligations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 5 (Prohibited Content), 7 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law).

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Netherlands. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the Platform (such as a banner notification or email to registered users). It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

17. Cookies and Consent

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze traffic, and serve advertisements. Upon your first visit, after confirming your age, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

Essential cookies (session management, age verification, consent preferences) are always active and do not require your consent, as they are necessary for the basic functioning of the Service.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies(ExoClick) are only loaded when you provide explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookies" link in the site footer and updating your preferences.
